I'm a Bilingual Spanish Therapist with 17+ years of experience working with individuals and couples. I provide virtual sessions in a confidential and nonjudgmental environment and utilize CBT to bring insight into patterned thinking. Together, we will explore cultural norms and childhood experiences that may have caused sadness, anger, and loneliness. Through this process, you will learn to identify triggers that influence your thinking and create opportunities for positive change.
